It drafts the note from what you enter. You review, edit and sign it. ClinThread does not give clinical advice or make diagnoses.

Can I use my own template?

No. The note is shaped by the format you choose and by what you write. The more detail you give, the closer the note is to your session.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Every account includes a Business Associate Agreement. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher), and the AI providers work under BAAs with zero data retention.
