Security detailsPSR group note FAQs.
Will the notes all look the same?
No. Each note is written from that participant’s own contributions, and the wording varies between clients.
What do I need to write?
The group name, the topic, the interventions and what each participant said or did. The more specific you are about each person, the more individual their note.
Is each note saved in the client’s chart?
Yes. Every participant’s note is archived in their patient profile, alongside their other notes and documents.
